CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS|NO SHOWS|RESCHEDULING •Grace period is 7 minutes, if you have not notified me that you will be late and it’s after the grace period you will be charged as a No Show. •Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment time •Appointments canceled after 24 hours or same day will be charged 50% of their service fee •Outstanding Fees Policy Clients who cancel late or do not show up for their appointment will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee. This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled. Until the balance is cleared, online and in-person bookings will be restricted. •If you need to make changes to your appointment please use either your text or email confirmation •No shows will be charged 50% of their service fees and will no longer be able to book with me, NO EXCEPTIONS! •Any deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE 🖤-Belinda
